Krazie Karts Experience Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing tickets, accessing, or using the services provided by Krazie Karts, represented legally as [Company Legal Name], you agree to be bound by these entire Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all specified points, you are prohibited from utilizing our electric kart tracks and premises.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Riders must be of a minimum age of [Minimum Age, e.g., 6 years old] and meet the minimum height requirement of [Height Requirement, e.g., 48 inches]. All minors must have their registration verified by an authorized supervisor prior to entry.

3. Safety Briefing & Instructions

All participants must attend a mandatory safety and instruction briefing before their scheduled driving slot. Failure to attend the full briefing will result in immediate forfeiture of the session without a refund.

4. Code of Conduct

Intentionally bumping other karts, barriers, or driving aggressively is strictly forbidden. Any participant displaying dangerous or reckless behavior will be immediately removed from the facility by track marshals.

5. Equipment Use & Care

Riders must utilize safety helmets, harnesses, and safety gear provided by Krazie Karts. Standard safety gear must remain fully buckled during kart operation. Tampering with electric batteries or engine speed limiters is strictly illegal.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that electric karting involves inherent physical risks. By entering the track, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with high-speed recreational driving on the premises of [Location / Branch Name].

7. Liability Waiver

You release, waive, and discharge Krazie Karts and its directors, employees, and operators from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from negligence or active operational errors.

8. Health & Medical Representations

You certify that you do not suffer from any cardiovascular conditions, neck or back issues, joint conditions, pregnancy, or physical disabilities that could be aggravated by high-speed acceleration, sudden deceleration, or collisions.

9. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians who sign this agreement on behalf of minor participants accept full legal and financial responsibility for the actions, safety, and operational adherence of the minors under their supervision.

10. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of injury, you authorize Krazie Karts staff to secure emergency medical attention or transport. You agree that all financial charges resulting from medical services, ambulance routing, or hospital care are your direct responsibility.

11. Photography & Media Release

You grant Krazie Karts the perpetual right to use photograph, video, and audio recordings taken at our facilities for promotional material, advertising campaigns, and social media without compensation, unless explicitly opted out in writing.

12. Fees & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Standard single races are priced at [Insert Price, e.g., $25.00] per driver. Refunds or session vouchers will only be distributed if Krazie Karts halts track operations due to facility faults or direct power outages.

13. Booking & Cancellations

Cancellations or booking modifications must be registered at least [Cancellation Window, e.g., 24 hours] in advance of your scheduled slot. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be accommodated with re-booking credits.

14. Property Damage Responsibility

If you cause malicious damage to the track, safety barriers, electronic displays, or electric karts through willful misconduct or ignoring marshal instructions, you agree to pay the full replacement or repair cost calculated by Krazie Karts staff.

15. Personal Belongings

Krazie Karts is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings inside the facility, pitlane, or guest seating areas. Free lockers are provided, but security is the sole responsibility of the patron.

16. Force Majeure

Krazie Karts shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, public health emergencies, utility failures, or government mandates.

17. Privacy Policy Reference

Registration details, contact forms, and security camera footage captured on the premises are handled strictly according to our updated Privacy Policy, accessible online at our digital portal.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of these terms shall first be addressed through friendly mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, legal proceedings must be initiated in a designated arbitration setting.

19. Severability

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or legally unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections and provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Governing Law
